How we’re addressing COVID-19
As a company, we have decided to stop all greeting with handshakes and limit ourselves at least 6ft from customers.
We are stopping any signatures and physical invoices and are changing over from physical business card exchanges and invoices to digital-only.
From today on I am making it mandatory to wear masks/ respirators/ gloves/shoe covers when going inside homes as well as attics and crawl spaces.
Also, we are calling all new customers before arrival to let them know about this new company protocol.
We are also easing customer concerns by letting customers know that it’s no problem if they are not comfortable with us entering the house….we will do our best and feel confident that our work can be corrected from the outside only.
customers will be informed that this is an option before arrival.
Please know that we are taking health many precautions in staying healthy during this time.
Also note that all staff have been informed of all these new rules have been told to report any signs that they could Be becoming sick, in this case, they will be sent home immediately and asked to self-quarantine
